Ok guys…

 

So I need you all to send me recipes that you have been trying out (and liking) for the Challenge. I will then post them on our new tab “Paleo Food.” It is a good way to swap with each other so we all don’t get bored with the same food for the next 8 weeks.

Also, a few people have been asking us about headaches and feeling lethargic.

 

IT’S (unfortunately) TOTALL NORMAL. Your body is craving sugars and you aren’t feeding it them anymore. Remember, sugar is more addictive than crack. So this is just your body saying “feed me.” Don’t give in. It will pass in a few days. We are here to help!!!

 

If you feel moody within the next few days… that is normal too!!! Come in and get your aggression out!!!!

 

 

 

Ok, one our members, Brian, is doing another fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. It is on October 6th from 11:30am to 9pm at Cheeburger, Cheeburger in Downtown Easton.  You have to bring a voucher (we have them at the gym, so pick them up there) and bring that with you when you order. 20% of your order will go to this cause.
