Get in to class EARLY (think 10 mins before it starts) to get your warm-up in!
We increased intensity on a lot of things and we want you to have enough time to get things done. So warm-up is on you and class starts on the hour!!
Also, we LOVE how you are starting to incorporate things you suck at into your warm-up and cool down! That is the only way to get better!! Use the time wisely!!!!!
