Hip opener on wall

 

 

Skill/Strength:

 

Squat Snatch

Increase weight each set. NOT for a 2 RM

90 sec. rest in between each set

 

WOD:

 

10 min. AMRAP

5 Overhead Squat (95/65)

5 Burpees

5 OHS

10 Burpess

5 OHS

15 Burpees

 

*increase by 5 burpees each round until the 10 minutes is up
