Time to get back at it…

 

 

 

Just a few announcements.

 

1) Starting June 2 (Monday) we will be adding a new class time to the schedule!!! YAY! I know we had said that it was going to be open gym only, but with the interest in a later class time, we are adding a fully coached CrossFit class from 7-8pm Monday through Thursday. There will be an option for open gym at that time for those that would like to work on a few things. This open gym option will stay in place from 7-8pm until the regular CrossFit class starts to grow (don’t worry guys & gals, we will let you know in advance). So this might change the game plan for some people… we hope that is a good thing. Please let us know if you have any questions!!!

 

2) CrossFit Kids classes start Tuesday, June 17th. They will continue through the summer on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-4pm. For more info on this check out our NEW CrossFit Kids Page… (it’s wicked awesome… your welcome)
