Teams of 4 (2 guys & 2 gals)

 

Tire Flips

8000# Power Cleans (PC)

6000# Shoulder to Overhead (STOH)

 

 

Example:

 

To get the 8000# total for PC, each girl does 18 PC at 95 and each guy does 17 PC at 135.

That gives you grand total of 8,010# moved (which is 10 more pounds than you have to reach).

 

 

The Rules:

 

Must go in order of movements stated above.

Must complete first movement before you get to the next.

Three people can flip the tire (1 person rests).

For PC and STOH, only 2 people (1 guy & 1 gal) can be doing movement at a time.  The other 2 teammates will  be in plank hold.

 

If the teams cannot be broken down as stated above, then we will break down how we can. In that event, the total pounds moved will change. For the PC, each girl will represent 1,750# and each guy 2,250#. For the STOH, each girl will represent 1,250# and each guy 1,750#.

 

To make it a bit easier to understand… if a team consists of 3 gals & 1 guy, the total weight to move will be as follows… PC 7,500# & STOH 5,500#.
