You know the drill for Saturdays….

 

 

WOD:

 

Teams of 2

In 4 mins. each person must run 200m. With time remaining, AMRAP burped to plate.

 

At the 4 min. mark, you have 8 mins to complete the following: each person must run 400m, then AMRAP ground to overhead (45/25).

 

At the 12 min mark, you have 12 mins to complete the following: each person must run 800m then AMRAP OH walking lunges (45/25).

 

Only 1 person can work at a time!!!
