WOD today is NOT at the gym!!!
For all of you that want good WOD in today, meet at Lafayette Stadium @ 9am (regular class time).
Run the stadium stairs (home side, which is the bigger side).
There are 7 full sets of stairs (I am pretty sure of this).
Run up one set, then run at the top to get to the next set and jog down them.
1 round is when you finish the entire home side.
Run at the base of the stairs to where you started and do it again!!!!
