Accumulate

1500m row

100 KBS (1.5/1)

100 Push-ups

Then EACH team member must complete:

2 rounds

20 Med ball sit-ups

20 Squats

*** Team member #2 can NOT start with the sit-ups until team member #1 is finished with their 2 rounds***

Then accumulate together:

40 Squat Cleans (135/95)
