Ok, this is the last time I talk about PROM. I promised Matt I would reference it no more (Until next year when we go on a BOAT, for which I will bust out my nautical theme pashmina afghan. More on that in 2015.)

Pigeon pose

Air squat with hands in OHS position

Dislocates

Kips

 

 

Strength:

 

Overhead Squat

5×2

Add weight each set

rest 90 secs. in between sets

 

 

WOD:

 

EMOM 10 mins.

Even mins. – 2 Front Squats at 80% of 1 RM (from last Thursday)

Odd mins.  – 5 KBS (2/1.5)

 

 

Cashout:

 

Accumulate 3 minutes in plank hold (45/25)
