Remember to get to the gym about 10 minutes early to get the warmup in before class starts.  We start classes on the hour and we need all the time we can get some days because of the length of the WODs. Thanks guys and gals!!!

 

Also, money is needed for the Pigs tickets. If you signed up, we need the money this week. If you didn’t sign up but want to go, I am calling Monday. I can’t promise I can get you tickets because they reserved the amount I called with last week all together, but I will ask. If you would like to go, email us and let me know by noon Monday. I can’t promise anything but I will try. Cutoff is noon!!!!!!
