Ittttttttttttt’s Friday!!!!!!!!!!!!! Last full work week of the month!!!

Just a reminder about our hours next week!!!

 

 

Thanksgiving Day – Open gym 8-10am. Get in and get a good WOD in before you go home and stuff your faces! 🙂

 

Black Friday – Open gym 9-11am. Stop in for a WOD in between your shopping extravaganza!!!!!!

 

All other days are regular hours!!!!!

 

 

The Turkey Trot is Sunday November 30th. 9:30 am start!!!! Be ON TIME!!! We will be open 9-11am for open gym. Get in and get warmed up! Don’t just come in and run. Be smart and safe!!!!

 

 

Because we normally post WODs for Sundays (yet), we would like to wish Brian a big GOOD LUCK for his half marathon on Sunday!!!!!!!

He was been raising money for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and had several posts in the gym about certain fundraising events!
