10 single leg stretch for each leg (on the rig)

30 double unders

 

Strength:

Using 90% of your 1 RM… calculate as follows

5 @ 65%

5 @ 75%

5+ @ 85%

 

WOD:

 

EMOM til death… (Thank Halper for this one!!)

10 KBS (Kettlebell Swings) (1.5/1 pood)

Burpees*

 

*1 burpee on minute 1, 2 bupress on minute 2, etc.

You are done with the WOD when you can no longer complete the 10 KBS and burpees within the minute.
