100 Power Clean (75/55)

750m Row

75 Power Clean (95/65)

750m Row

50 Power Clean (115/75)

750m Row

25 Power Clean (135/95)

 

Rules:

1 – Each Person must Row 250m each time.

2 – While P1 is rowing, P2 & 3 are doing burpees.

3 – Split Cleans up however you want.

4 – Must increase weight each set.
