Warmup:

4 Rounds

10 Dislocates

10 Wall Balls (light)

10 Walking Lunge (each leg)

 

WOD:

10 – 1 min. Rounds

3 Thrusters

3 Burpees

Max C2B Pull-ups with remaining time

2 min. rest in between Rounds

 

*** You will have 1 min. to complete the 3 Thruster, 3 Burpees and then max out on the pull-ups.

*** You will get a 2 min. rest in between each of the 10 rounds.

*** Point is to go ALL OUT for EVERY. SINGLE. ROUND. AND get the same number of pull-ups each round.

 

Score is LOWEST round of pull-ups.

S – 95/65, Ring Rows

Banded Tricep Pull-down
