IF you plan on doing the WOD tonight, please come in earlier than your time slot. If the slot before gets done early, then we will have you go.

No need to wait out the full 40 minutes if it is not necessary.


IF you plan to go tomorrow at 8am, the gym is opening up at 7:45 (no earlier) and we are starting at 8am – SHARP!

Get there at 7:45. EVERYONE. I will be writing the heats up tomorrow morning after I see who is signed up and who can judge.

You probably won’t have a say in what heat you go in. Sorry.


This is the last week for the Open. We are going back to regular hours and regular classes next week.

Fridays 5 & 6pm.


Saturdays at 8am is for competitors ONLY.

If you are planning on competing in CrossFit, then this is for you.

Be prepared to work the ENTIRE hour!


If you just want to come in and WOD, we have Open Gym from 9-10:30 on Saturdays and 9-10am on Sundays!
