Just a quick note… there are a lot of people cherry picking this week. I know things come up and I get that, but try to come in. Its 1 hour of your time.

It might suck and it might be terrible, but it will make you better.

Isn’t that what this is all about… getting better?!?

Being the best version of yourself?!?

Doing things you didn’t think you could do?!?

Set 1 – 200m Run

Set 2 – AMRAP Power Snatch

C – 115/75

RX – 95/65

S – 65/45

 

Rules:

First set of 3 mins = 200m run

next set of 3 mins = AMRAP Power Snatch

Repeat for the 36 minutes (total of 6 sets each)

Score – LOWEST AMRAP
