Starting Saturday, May 20 – Open Gym hours are from 9-10am.
Comp class is still 8-9am.
Memorial Day we are only have open gym hours from 9-11am.
We are doing Murph. We will be starting the WOD at 9:15. So if you want to do it with the class get in a 9am to get your warmup in.
Please note that if you come at 10:30, you will only have 30 minutes to complete the WOD.
This WOD could take up to an hour to complete.
