NEWS (Please read. Important stuff)!!!!!!!!!

 

1 – IF YOU SIGN UP FOR CLASS AND CAN NOT MAKE IT, YOU MUST UNREGISTER FOR CLASS! CLASSES ARE STARTING TO GET FULL. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE AWAY A SPOT FROM SOMEONE WHO WANTS TO COME. There will be a penalty if you sign up and don’t show up. This is your last warning.

2 – Regarding the above. We are adding night classes on Monday and Wednesday from 7-8pm. This starts Feb 1.

3 – Regarding #1. We are adding MORNING classes on Tuesday and Thursday. This starts Feb 1. HOURS ARE CHANGING FOR THOSE DAYS TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEW CLASS. Monday, Wednesday and Friday classes are STILL from 530-630 am. Tuesday and Thursday classes are 5-6 am AND 6-7 am. 

4 – Chris B is having a Super Bowl party at his house! Sign-ups are at the gym!!!!!! Thanks Chris!!!!

5 – Sign up for the Open. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. OF. YOU. No matter what your level is!

6 – If you want to take the Judges course to help us out, that would be awesome! The cost is $10!

7 – We are rolling out a Member Incentive Program Feb 1. Details to follow, but think FREE MONTHS!!!!
