Without dropping the bar

4 Reps of Bear Complex

1 Round = 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Press + 1 Back Squat + 1 Behind the Neck Push Press

Can NOT combine the movements.

 

Rest 2 minutes in between rounds

 

If form is ON POINT and coach allows, you can add weight.
