We are going to start programming specific benchmark WODs into the programming.
This is for a few reasons.
1 – So you can see your progress over a set period of time.
2 – To force you to start TRACKING YOUR WODs and WEIGHTS!!!!
You will be doing about 2 month. And they will be repeated every 3 months.
