Just a quick note about class times.

Please remember to get to class with enough time to do your warmup BEFORE class starts. Our doors open 15 minutes before the first class. That gives you plenty of time to get in your warmup AND work on some things before class starts.

We like to start class as close to the hour as possible. Please respect all the other members in the class.

Also, if there are things that you want to work on, please try to do so before class starts. Sometimes is in not possible for our coaches to stay after the classes are over and if there is another class going on, you might not be able to get anything in.
