It’s 1 RM week. We are testing 3 new lifts this week to start our new strength program.

Due to the holiday on Monday, we will be doing strength this week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Next week, it goes back to the regular schedule and strength days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

 

CrossFit Night at the Iron Pigs is Wednesday, August 26th this year. Game starts at 7:05 pm.

$10 a ticket and that includes a $2 food credit.

We need 20 tickets sold to get this deal. Last year we had a great time! This year should be just as awesome!!!
