Don’t forget to mark your calendars for Saturday, May 23. 10-noon is the Burpee for a Dream event!

We are trying to raise $6,000 for Dream Come True. We need all of your help! Tell your family, friends, EVERYONE!!!!!!

We are also in the process of making pledge sheets for the event. Look for them at the gym soon!

 

Memorial Day we will be open from 9-11am. There will be no other classes that day.

We are doing ‘Murph.’ For everyone that gets there for 9am, we will be doing the Star Spangled Banner at around 915am and then off you go.

This WOD will take about an hour, so plan accordingly with time. It is easier to get done with a group of people, so plan to come in for 9am.
