Min. 1 – Max Deadlift (225/155)

Min. 2 – Rest

Min. 3 – Max Bench Press (135/95)

Min. 4 – Rest

Min. 5 – Max Power Clean (135/95)

Min. 6 – Rest

Repeat 2 more times

Only 1 bar per person. Use the rest time to switch out the weights.
