Remember to get signed up (and shirt sizes) for the comp next Saturday!!!

Please arrive between 8-825am.

At 8:30 there is a MANDATORY athlete meeting to go over the WODs and the movements.

All MUST be there for that!!!

If things go as Julie planned, we should be done by NO LATER than 2pm. But we will be providing food Post-Comp. So if you your family/friends can stay, please do!

Also, we will be having a spectator mini-challenge during Lunch break! So tell everyone to come on out!!! It should be a really fun time!
