**Just a heads up… for some reason BOXHq is not allowing certain people to sign up for classes. I have a work ticket in with them. As of 6pm Monday night, the issue still has not been resolved. Classes are still on as usual. I will let you all know when this gets fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience on this one guys and gals!**

 

Last day of March… Hopefully April will treat us a bit better in the weather department!!!

First day of new strength session is in the books! It wasn’t an easy one, but we promise it will make you stronger if you commit to it!!!

I am going to start compiling a list of upcoming competitions. CrossFit comp season is right around the corner, and there are a ton out there!!! Individuals, teams, RX’d, scaled, etc. You name it, they are having one. And most are in the summer time, so you have PLENTY of time to get ready for them.

If you know of any that I missed, please email Bane and let me know! I will add it to the list.
