We will not be releasing the actual WODs, but we will be releasing the type of WOD and length of time. So you can get an idea of what to expect!

1 – You have exactly 15 mins. for each lift.

2 – You only get 3 attempts per lift, NO EXCEPTIONS! So pick your opening weight accordingly.

3 – You are allowed 1 warm-up set.

4 – There will be no transition time between lifts.
