Hey everyone!!!!

 

As you all know (or don’t know) Jamie and I (Julie) have decided to take our love of CrossFit to the next level and open up our own box!! This has proved to be one of the most challenging things we have ever had to do, but we are SO VERY EXCITED  and EAGER to start this next chapter!

 

As of today, we do not have a space yet. We are looking for the best option for us and you and the community. We want a space where we do not have to move within the first year because we grew too fast. Moving a gym is a pain, trust us on this one. We want to avoid it for as long as possible. We are sorry this is taking some time, but just try to bear with us for a little bit longer. GOOD THINGS COME TO THOSE WHO WAIT 🙂

 

In the meantime, we will be posting a few times a week. Sometimes it will be home WODs you can do, other times it will be good articles on CrossFit or nutrition or anything else we deem “good” and other times it could be TOTALLY USELESS facts that Brody has decided to share with us. WARNING – some of those are not suitable for children, or adults now that I think about it.

 

Also, please send us pictures of you working out and we will feature you on our website.

5 minutes max reps of push-ups

1 minute rest

4 minutes max reps tuck jumps

1 minute rest

3 minutes max reps burpees

1 minute rest

2 minutes max reps sit-ups (if you have an abmat, use it. can also roll up a towel in place of abmat)
