CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits, which means less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children.
Our coaches are dedicated to the health, fitness and a positive impact of all athletes we interact with.

Crossfitter Since: 2008, Coaching since 2012
Why Crossfit: Because most of my life I have been a Tactical Athlete. Crossfit brings to the table everything one needs to be a Superhero: Strength, Endurance, and Work Capacity.
Favorite WOD: Anything Heavy and that does not involve running.
Credentials: Crossfit Level 2, Underground Strength Coach, Crossfit Mobility, Crossfit Powerlifting, Crossfit Football
Biggest Fear: No fears, just an unhealthy hatred for ants.

Why CrossFit?: They don’t make cuts like the other sports
Favorite WOD: Taking pictures of members / 12oz curls of Michelob Ultra

Why CrossFit?: After going to a big box gym for months and months and not feeling stronger or satisfied with my routine, I decided to try CrossFit because of what I’ve heard about the community aspect and killer workouts and immediately fell in love!
