Why Crossfit: I chose CrossFit in order to lose weight but it ended up being something completely different.  I realized instead of seeing how much weight I could lose it became how much weight can i move. I want to be a role model for my little one and for my students. It makes stronger mentally and physically. It is a place I can call home and the people I can call family
 
Favorite WOD:  Anything that involves a barbell! Running and gymnastics is for the birds!

Why Crossfit:    I was bored at globo-gym. The same routine every week just wore on me. I noticed CrossFit Bane while running errands one day and decided I wanted to try something new. I took my first free class and was instantly addicted. As a former Lacrosse player/coach, I loved the competitive atmosphere but also the camradery among the members and coaches. I puked while finishing my first WOD (this isn’t normal for CrossFit, but it is normal for me) and haven’t looked back since!

Why CrossFit: I was originally asked by my wife to try CrossFit with her because she was not a fan of normal gyms that I would go to. So I gave it a shot and got hooked. I love the challenge of the workouts and the community that comes with it.
